Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are accepted only after prior approval via email. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Discounted or sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The same conditions for product state and packaging apply.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
